The time is now

Every New Year you make those promises. To do this or change that. I didn't do that this past New Year. It wasn't a conscious decision on my part. I just didn't do it.

Oddly enough things have changed and I have been doing this that resulted in changes. I guess that's the way life works, things happen when you least expect it.

I think i'm addicted

I can't stop playing "words with friends" on my iPhone. It's very addicting and I find myself checking my iPhone a little too often to see if someone I'm playing has taking their turn. This definitely is one of the best iPhone apps out there. My next vice would be the World Cup. Although my heart was crushed when the USA was knocked out I still find myself following the tournament very closely. I can't wait for this weekend to see who will lift the World Cup trophy. Insanity workout is, well, insane

So I started doing the Insanity DVD's and they really are no joke. 2 signs that these DVD's are for real: 1. during the warm up you get tired and 2. The people, who look like they are in incredible shape, in the DVD are dying and sometimes are just laid out on the floor at the end. I have only done the first 3 DVD's so far but I am working hard to keep up with it. It definitely works you out and I am sore as heck as I'm typing this right now. But at the same time it makes you feel good and feel alive. I can't wait to finish the program and see the results.
